Uninstalled the eG Agent

Stop the eG Agent using the windows menu as administrator

Uninstall the eG Agent using the windows menu.
- Select the option "Remove all installed features" and next.
- Agent will be uninstalled successfully.
Note : In case if you are getting error "shortcut missing" while using the start menu to uninstall the eG Agent, then run the eG Agent installation executable. It will give the option to remove all installed features.
