For the Citris XenApp Application Launch test not running.

Pre-requsisistes: eG uses “getpublisheddesktops.ps1” PowerShell script to collect the Published Desktop information from the ZDC.
Fix: In case if we are not able to collect the metrics, make sure the “Citrix Xenapp Remoting Command Service” running, if not start the service.
