Why does the Cluster Capacity planning report shows "No measures available" although Cluster tests are running?

Follow the steps below, to enable the Cluster capacity planning report

Go to the eG Manager server,
Open a command prompt as an administrator. Go to the folder <eg_installed_dir>\manager\config and run the command "notepad eg_tests.ini"
Update the flag "ReportClusterPerformance" to "True".
Save the file and close it.
Now you should see the Cluster capacity planning report, in the reporter module.
