Is there a way to view the IP, nick name and port number assigned to all the components in eG manager?

Yes.

Login to the eG console with a user account, that has admin privileges
Use the menu option "Infrastructure > Components > View"
Choose 'Component" in "View By" drop-down, and "Name" in "Group By" drop-down.
