When i schedule a report, i get the option of receiving the report through email. Instead is it possible to save the reports on the eG manager?

Yes, it is possible. You need to follow the steps below to save the scheduled reports.
1. Open a command prompt, as an administrator
2. Edit "egurkha\manager\config\eg_services.ini"
Search for the following entries, and update them (SaveSchedulePath=<PATH TO SAVE>, SaveScheduleReport=Yes).

3. Save the file
